FAQ
To whom do you provide 3D visualization services?
We provide 3D visualization services to interior designers, architects, real estate brokers and developers, manufacturers and retailers of furniture and interior products. Visualizations help enhance interior design projects, clearly present ideas to clients, showcase spaces before they are built, sell real estate, present furniture or products, showcase furniture or other products, and reduce uncertainty during the project approval process.
When should a designer order interior visualizations - before or after the technical project?
It is best to request interior visualizations well in advance if they are needed to complement the interior design project. The project brief is best prepared once the design direction is clear - including the floor plan, key furniture, materials, colors, and overall style. Visualizations can be created during the interior concept stage, when the goal is to convince the client of a chosen solution, or alongside the technical drawings, when the aim is to precisely communicate the final interior vision.
What information designer or architect should provide to begin the interior visualizations?
To get started, we’ll need the floor plans (ideally in .dwg format) or an existing 3D model if you have one. Please also send over built-in furniture elevations (or rough sketches), material samples, color codes, references or links for furniture and lighting, decor ideas, a few site photos, and a shot of the view from the window if that's relevant. The clearer and more detailed the brief, the smoother the rendering process will go.
Can you work from a 3D model prepared by a designer or architect?
Yes. If the provided 3D model is technically sound and suitable for work, the process can be faster, and in such cases a 10% discount is applied.
How many revisions are included, and what is the best way to submit them?
The price includes up to two rounds of revisions. It's best to submit revisions as one clear list, marking comments on specific angles or images. Revisions are considered minor changes to the existing project, such as adjustments to materials, colors, furniture, decor, or lighting. A substantial redesign of the project, changing most of the interior elements, or creating new furniture options is considered additional work.
How can product visualizations help furniture manufacturers, retailers, or brands?
Product visualizations make it possible to present furniture, light fixtures, interior details, or other products even before they go into production or a photoshoot. They help show different colors, materials, configurations, shapes, and contexts of use. Such images can be used in catalogs, online stores, social media, advertising, presentations, or product presentations to clients.
How do 3D plans help brokers, real estate developers, and designers present a property to clients?
3D floor plans help the client more quickly understand the layout of the rooms, furniture proportions, and the potential of the space. They are clearer than standard 2D drawings, which makes them especially useful in real estate listings, sales presentations, investment projects, and interior design proposals. A 3D floor plan helps show not just the layout of the rooms, but also living or usage scenarios.
How do interior visualizations help designers and their clients?
Interior visualizations help the designer clearly present their idea, and help the client more easily understand the future look of the space before renovation work even begins. They make it possible to evaluate the proportions of the room, furniture layout, combinations of materials and colors, lighting, and the overall mood of the interior. This helps speed up decision-making, reduces the risk of misunderstandings, and allows you to notice in advance what else is worth clarifying or adjusting in the project.
How much do visualization services cost?
The price depends on the type of service, project scope, complexity, number of camera angles, and the level of detail provided in the task. Interior visualization pricing is usually calculated based on the area of the rooms shown in the visualizations. Commercial space visualizations are often priced by the number of angles and scope of modeling, and 3D floor plans have separate pricing based on the size of the property. Indicative prices: residential interior visualizations – from €10/sq.m., product visualizations – from €30/image, 3D floor plans – from €80/plan.
